The mission of the LEARN Group is to support educators with workshops, handbooks, training programs along with organizational development support while improving skills and raising awareness of what students need to succeed.
Research shows that the quality of educators is the most important influence upon student achievement. Ongoing professional development is essential to increase educators’ knowledge and skills in order to maximize their ability to help students learn.
Jan Gubiotti and Beth Sugg are the founders of LEARN. As colleagues for over 25 years in Fairport, NY, one of the leading school districts in the state, Jan and Beth have first-hand knowledge of the strategies that help students learn.
